Extention Single Story


Sven and his contractors carried out a single storey side extension for us, which enable us to redesign our kitchen and create a new utility room with downstairs shower area.  He came on high recommendation from a friend/colleague and most certainly leaves the job with our recommendation!  Sven is very knowledgable in his field and has a great, pro-active approach to his work.  He listens carefully to what is required and is therefore, able to provide suggestions and advice accordingly.  We looked to Sven for cost-saving ideas as we were on a restricted budget and he was happy to tell us when he felt we were looking to pay too much for something!  Equally, he always explained clearly why and when he would look to invest that little bit extra in something, in order to avoid false economy.  We are very thankful to Sven, Andy and the other contractors who all helped to improve our property, but also grateful to that friend for recommending Manning Developments, as a quality, trustworthy builder is a rare find!  We would both highly recommend Sven and his company and like to say a massive "Thank you!"

2. Side shed- good quality materials very good workmanship!!
3. 13x 20 feet rear extension- We love it!!
 
Sevn, Andy and Craig are very professional and easy to communicate with, we hope to use Mannning building company next year  (2014 if they can fit us in !!!) to update our kitchen .... this i think, says it all!!!!

I would highly recommend Sven for any building and refurbishment work being considered. He offers a fully inclusive service, providing one quote and one point of contact throughout. I would recommend him for both small and large scale projects. Sven converted our loft and completed a kitchen side return including complex foundations and steelwork, as well as more refined work around the plastering, plumbing and electrics. All work was carried out on budget and to time and he returned to finish off any snagging once he was off-site."
